CNPOA weather update

This morning Butler Branch road flooded again due to heavy rainfall and debris clogging the culvert tiles. With the outstanding efforts of the Security and Maintenance departments the roadway is now back open.

Our area is in a high wind warning until 5am Tomorrow morning. With the excessive rainfall and debris fall saturating the ground, the possibility of down trees and power outages could occur. These outages could be on our property or off our property that could effect you or your guest the maintenance and security departments will continue to be out working to ensure the safe travel of everyone on the mountain. We ask that everyone try and remain patient during this time.
