Here at Cobbly Nob we have monthly Board Meetings to discuss regular business. We look over financials from the previous month, discuss up coming projects and talk about general Community issues.
If you own property in Cobbly Nob the Board meetings are open to you. You can attend in person or via Video/Telecommunications. We use Google Meetings/Hangouts to broadcast our monthly meeting. You can find the link on our website (http://www.CNPOA.org/) then continue to Login and go to the Member's section. It will be at the top of the page approximately 30-60 min prior to the meeting.
If you choose to join us in person we do ask that you wear a mask and social distance. We meet at the Lodge @ 912 Pine Top Lane, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 at 4PM every 2nd Tuesday of the month. The first 15 min of the meeting is dedicated for Homeowners to bring comments, suggestions or questions to the Board.
