Homeowner Contact information Update

Good Afternoon, Homeowners please go to your bill.com account and the CNPOA website and check to ensure that your mailing address is accurate and update if needed. Our annual meeting is 31 August 2024 and in the middle of September invoices will be sent out either via e-mail (that is in the system) or mailed to the address in the system. This update will ensure that you receive the invoices for your HOA dues and keep from receiving late fees.
