Webb Creek utilities is working with an outside company to replace the current water tower at the top of the Mountain in Cobbly Nob with a much larger one.
The process is to start the need of this week and last approximately 4-5 weeks to complete.
You and your guest may experience lower than normal pressures, dirty water, or periods with a water outage.
Please bare with us and the Water Department as they work to make the water situation better for the Community.
Where do we send the bills for guests requesting refunds due to this poorly timed work? Will the HOA cover those costs or Webb Creek?
It’s really terrible that Web Creek water company would wait until the peak of tourist and vacation season to do this. It could have been done earlier or later that vacation season. Wow! This could really cost the homeowners who rely upon guests to meet the bills.
