Timber Ridge Pool Closure

Starting Tuesday June 18th through June 20th the Timber Ridge Pool will be closed to repair mandated stickers that have been removed to remain compliant with the TN Department of Health.
Golf Creek and Lil Bit of Heaven pools will be open during this time for use. If you or your guest needs addresses to these pools or other amenities offered by CNPOA, please go to cnpoa.org and click on the amenities tab.

While these repairs are being made, what preventative measures are being added to ensure the mandated stickers are not removed again? Simply warning guests to not remove them is insufficient as a deterrent. If the HOA is going to prohibit access to our amenities due to preventable issues, we would need to understand the preventative measures put in place to safeguard against the closure of our amenities. Also, given that the key cards track which guests enter the pool, has the responsible party been charged a fee to cover costs resulting from the pool closure?
