We are happy to announce that construction on the Timberidge Pool will get started the week of June 20th. Cobbly Nob Property Owners Association will be working with Sunshine Outdoor Living on the project.
Sunshine Outdoor Living is a local reputable company that comes highly recommended. Sevier County’ largest outdoor living company that has completed outdoor projects of all sizes, for a wide range of residential and commercial clients, including Dollywood & Park Vista.
The great news is that Cobbly Nob will have a new pool and a new professional designed outdoor area opening by the end of summer.
