Village Manager Announcement

To our Cobbly Nob Property Owners,

I hope this communique finds you well as we enter 2023. It is my pleasure to share with you that after completing our search process to identify a new Village Manager for Cobbly Nob, we have decided to promote James Arnce, our former head of security, to Village Manager. Many of you are already familiar with James as he has been part of our team for roughly three years now and has shown a clear desire to help make Cobbly Nob a place where owners and guests can both relax and enjoy our beautiful community here in the Great Smoky Mountains. I hope that you will join me in wishing James the very best and support him as he takes on the responsibility of executing the vision of the board and continues to uphold our community standards and rules.
