Village Manager Leaving/replacement

Good morning homeowners, we have received notice that the current Village manager James was offered a position with the Tennessee Department of Forestry and his last day will be the 13th of December 2024. The BoD's developed a hiring committee to fill the position prior to his exit. We are pleased to inform the community that we received a lot of great candidates for the position and have offered the position to one of the candidates. Their tentative start date will be December 2nd to facilitate a smooth transition and training to keep the community moving forward and strong.
